PLATYPUS AUSTRALIA hopes you absolutely love the swimwear that you've ordered. However, if you’re not totally satisfied, we'll happily exchange the swimwear or refund, as long as the item is returned within fourteen days, unworn and unwashed, with the original swing tag and label attached.

We will happily exchange the returned item for another size or style (re-delivery charge applies). Alternatively if you would prefer a refund, we will happily credit your original method of payment (less delivery charge).

If your item is faulty, or not as you ordered, we will happily exchange it, or refund the full amount to your original method of payment. We will only refund the delivery charge if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is faulty.

In the event of exchange or refund, please contact us as soon as possible via email outlining the reason for return, as well as instructions for exchange or refund.
